REVISION POLICY

There are a specific number of revisions mentioned in your package, and you can demand as many as you want unless it is under the allotted number. We believe in providing our customers with the best and therefore revise until you are satisfied.

No additional charges would be taken for revisions as far as the project remains unchanged. The estimated time for revisions is within 24-72 working hours

Note that charges will be liable for any changes, revisions or requests after the content is finalized. Charges will be applicable according to a new separate order.

REFUND POLICY

No refunds will be liable in case of;

• A customized package
• Final content being approved
• Revisions of the submitted content
• Cancellations due to any reason irrelevant to the company
• No contact within two weeks of project confirmation
• Violation of company's policies
• Any other company involved
• Incomplete briefing
• Complete new changes required
• The 'request for refund' offer has become invalid
• Closing of the business
• "Change of mind," "disagreement with the contractor" or any other irrelevant reasons

Please note that in case a client subscribes to a package and seems to be dissatisfied by a part of the service, refunds will ONLY apply to that particular service and NOT the entire package.
